How to manually add items to a production container
When a production container is created, you can manually add items to it. You do this in the same way as for other types of containers. The system checks whether the item number is present in the production order component list. If the item is available, you can enter it on the container line.
The system does not check the quantity on the line against the total quantity on the component lines. This is because the system allows over-picking of containerized quantities and therefore also allows the assignment of larger quantities when needed, when not using production picking.
