How To : Create and Maintain Question Sets
Question sets are added to the measurement template. In a check sheet, each question can have a weight value to indicate its relative importance within the set.
Question Set Header

| Code | Identifies the question set. |
| Description | Describes the question set. |
Question Set Lines
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Question | Select a question from the question list. |
| Question Description | Retrieved from the question list. |
| Question Weight | Type a value to indicate the relative importance of the question in the set. |
| Question Max. Score | Calculated with the question weight and the highest-rated answer. |
| Skip Re-Testing | When checked, the answer on the question is copied to the next check sheet when the check sheet is retested. |
In the footer of the page, the weighted average is calculated based on the maximum score as an indicator to assist in setting the rating values in the measurement template.
