Walkthrough: Notification Management

Customers want to be notified immediately about order confirmations, delayed deliveries, or changing specifications. Many business partners now require automated receipt of sales or purchase documents by email.
To meet these challenges, often in the face of rotating employee schedules for support and service, companies need a flexible, automated response system. STAEDEAN Notification Management helps ensure accurate delivery of critical information to the right person, at the right time.
With STAEDEAN Notification Management, e-mails can be sent automatically from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to your e-mail address or SMTP server. The messages can contain any information from Microsoft Dynamics NAV. And you can schedule them to be delivered at the time you specify. You can also add attachments to the email message, based on the standard NAV functionality of creating reports.
