How To : Use the Service Item Group template

The Service Item Group setup integrates QM to Service.

Field	Description
Service Item Group	Select a Service Item Group.
	The Service Item Group will be retrieved from the following tables:
	5964 - Service Contract Line
	5991 - Service Shipment Line
	5993 - Service Invoice Line
	5995 - Service Cr.Memo Line
Measurement Template	Select a Measurement Template
	When an Incident, type Material, is created the system starts a search for a Measurement Template and will follow this sequence:
	1. Standard Task Templates
	2. Service Item Group Templates
	3. Item Templates
	4. Item Category Templates
