How To : Setup User Defined Fields

To capture data from additional fields and save them in the measurement User Defined Fields must be used.

To select User Defined Fields:

• Make sure the status of the Measurement Template is either "New" or "Under Development".
• On the Measurement Template open the User Defined Fields tab
• Use the Assist Edit besides each of the 10 User Defined Fields to open the Field List of the table specified in the Measurement Template header.
• Select the field and click OK.

NOTE *This features replaces the use of the runtime BIS version in previous releases.
