Settle Delivery Trips

When a delivery trip is initially posted, the program only records the shipment of the items on the outbound transactions that have been assigned to the delivery trip. This enables you to review the contents of delivery trucks once they return to the warehouse and make changes to the shipped item quantities according to actual shipping activities.

Once the shipment quantities on a delivery trip have been properly updated, you can complete the sales process by generating an invoice for each order.
