How to: Undo Quantity Posting on a Posted Delivery Trip
If you need to correct a shipment quantity that was posted as part of a delivery trip, you can undo the posting.
To undo quantity postings
- In the Search box, enter Delivery Trip History, and then choose the related link.
- In the list search the delivery trip number with the shipment quantities you want to undo.
The Posted Documents window displays the shipment lines for the orders that were shipped as part of the entered delivery trip in the table below the Delivery Trip No. field. 3. On the Posted Documents Tab, select the shipment line or lines you want to correct and choose Settlement 4. In the Settlement Wizard, enter the correct quantity shipped and select finish to post the correction.
Please note that when an item is lot-tracked, you may need to correct the Tracking information first before posting the settlement.
