Managing Delivery Trips
When delivery trip processes are configured, you are ready to create delivery trips to manage your shipping activities.
Although you can manually create delivery trips, if you have defined delivery routes you can automate this process. The program will generate delivery trips based on the delivery routes that have been assigned to outbound transactions.
You can also set up your locations so that warehouse personnel must record the picking activities that were performed in order to fulfill the requirements for each delivery trip. When this feature is enabled for a location, you can not post a delivery trip to until picking has been completed for all assigned orders.
