How to: Manually Assign Orders to Delivery Trips
An order that does not have a defined delivery route will not be automatically assigned to a delivery trip by the program. You can manually assign these orders to existing delivery trips.
To manually assign orders to a delivery trip
In the Search box, enter Delivery Trips, and then choose the related link.
Click the value in the Unassigned Documents field in the Factbox. The Delivery Trip Mgt-Unassigned window appears.
You must release a document before you can select it for assignment. Open orders will not be displayed in the Delivery Trip Mgt-Unassigned window.
- Select the order you want to assign to a trip.
- On the line, enter the Delivery Trip number in the appropriate field or use the lookup to select the correct Delivery Trip
- Choose the OK button.
