Plan Supply Driven Production Activities
Production planning in a supply driven environment is accomplished through the Supply Driven Planning window. This window displays a list of raw materials that are available for processing. The manufacturer can plan multiple processing activities for a raw material. If the output items for a selected processing activity are set up as components in package BOMs, associated packaging orders can be planned for each process order.
Once processing and packaging activities are planned, the Supply Driven Planning window is used to generate the necessary production orders.
