How to create bin movements

The Bin Status page displays the items stored in each bin for a particular location. Use this page to direct the movement of an item from one bin to another.

Steps

1. In the search box, enter Bin Status, and then choose the related link.

2. Select the item you want to move from its current bin.

3. On the Actions tab, in the General group, choose Move. The Build Warehouse Activity page appears.

   The lines on the Build Warehouse Activity page display information about the item selected on the Bin Status page.

4. Fill in the bin movement information on the lines as appropriate.

5. On the Actions tab, in the General group, choose one of the following:

Choice	Result
Register Movement	Registers the movements specified on the lines.
Create Put-Away	Creates a warehouse put-away based on the entries on the lines.
