How to: Set up the XMLPort Record Generator activity

Use the XMLPort Record Generator activity to import data from a file into the Microsoft Dynamics NAV database using an XMLPort.

To set up the XMLPort Record Generator activity:

1. Create a connection and insert the element XMLPORTRECGENERATOR.
2. On the elements line, select Edit.
3. On the XML Port Record Generator Setup page, fill in the following fields:
4. Select Check Configuration to see if there are any configuration errors.
5. Select OK.
