Repack
As part of the inventory control process, it may be necessary for companies to repackage items. Repack activities can play a role in such application areas as sales, production, and inventory management in general.
Food Manufacturing & Distribution gives a company the ability to control the repack process. The user can set up repack orders, which are used to manage the conversion of one or more items into a different item. Posting a repack order creates a new quantity of the specified item, and also records the consumption of any materials and resources that were used in the repack process.
