How to: Fill In and Post Accrual Journals

Accrual journals are used to post to accrual plan, customer, vendor, and G/L accounts.

To fill in and post accrual journals

  1. In the Search box, enter Plan Journal, and then choose the related link.
  2. Fill in the fields on the first line.
  3. Repeat this procedure for each accrual journal line you want to post.
  4. After filling in the fields, post the journal.
