How to: View Maintenance Ledger Entries from an Asset Card

After maintenance costs are posted to assets, you can view the entries in the Maint. Ledger Entries window.

To view maintenance ledger entries from an Asset Card

1. In the Search box, enter Assets, and then choose the related link.
2. Open the card for the asset whose ledger entries you want to see.
3. On the Navigate tab, in the Asset group, choose Ledger Entries.
