How to: Perform Multiple Lot Trace

You have the opportunity to see where multiple lot-tracked items and lots were used in one screen, including how it and related items entered and exited the inventory.

These features can be particularly useful in quality control when you need to find out which customers received products with a particular lot number or when you need to find out which vendor a defective material came from.

To trace multiple lot-tracked items

1. In the Search box, enter Multiple Lot Trace, and then choose the related link.
2. On Trace Lots tab, enter the specific items and lot numbers that you would like to trace.
3. Click on Trace

The Multiple Lot Trace window displays the entered items and lot number's source and destination lines in the FastTabs below the filter fields.
