How to assign lot specifications manually

You can manually assign data collection data element codes to item lots as lot specifications. You can also enter values for these assigned lot specifications. Lot specifications record different types of information about an item lot. Set up the relevant data collection data elements before performing this activity.

Steps

1. In the search box, enter Lots, and then choose the related link.
2. Open the relevant lot number information card for the item lot that will have lot specifications.
3. On the Navigate tab, in the Lot No. group, choose Lot Specifications.
4. On the Lot Specifications page, fill in the fields.
