How to: Assign Lot Aging Profiles

You can assign a lot aging profile to an item category. When a lot aging category is determined for an item lot, it is according to the lot aging profile that has been assigned to the relevant item category. You must have already set up the relevant lot aging profiles.

To assign lot aging profiles

1. In the Search box, enter Item Categories, and then choose the related link.
2. Select the item category that will have a lot aging profile.
3. In the Lot Age Profile Code field, select the desired lot aging profile code.
4. Repeat the procedure for each item category.
