How to: View Lot Summary Information

You have the opportunity to see a lot tracked item's sales information, including the quantity sold and sales price. An item lot's sales price is calculated from the actual sales prices at which the item was sold. If cost information exists for the lot as well, the program uses an item's sales and cost data to calculate a gross margin.

To view lot summary information

1. In the Search box, enter Lot Summary, and then choose the related link.
2. On the Actions tab, in the View group, choose Define to open the Lot Information View request form.
3. On the Lot No. Information FastTab, you can set filters to select the lot numbers you want to view.
4. Choose the OK button to start the batch job.

The defined filters are displayed on the Lot Summary window.

5. On the Actions tab, in the View group, choose Show Lots.

The item lots that fit the filter criteria are listed in the lines below.

You can use the Expand icon to display additional lines containing actual sales transactions for a particular item lot.
