How to: Create a Customer from a Terminal Market Order
In a terminal market environment, the initial contact with a new customer often occurs at the time of the first sale. While it is possible to set up a single customer record in Microsoft Dynamics NAV to which all sales are posted, it may be that a company wishes to record these transactions against specific customer records. Using data templates, it is possible to quickly create a new customer record directly from a terminal market sales order.
