Setting up lifecycle filters

The Lifecycle Filter Line table records information about filters set for lifecycles. This filter creates a subset of the table as specified in the lifecycle type.

Steps

1. In the search box, enter Lifecycles, and then select the related link.
2. Choose Edit to open the lifecycle.
3. On the Home tab, in the Process group, choose Filters.
4. Fill in the following fields:

Field	Description
Field Name	Select the field from the table (as per the lifecycle type) that the filter should apply to.
Filter	Specify the filter to apply. You can use the standard filter operators (=, >, <).
