How to: Set Up Pickup Locations

You can associate any number of pickup locations with a vendor. Each location is identified by a unique code, and when you use this code on a purchase order, you will be able to assign that order to a pickup load.

To set up pickup locations

1. In the Search box, enter Vendors, and then choose the related link.
2. Select the relevant vendor, and then, on the Home tab, in the Manage group, choose Edit.
3. On the Navigate tab, in the Vendor group, choose Pickup Locations.
4. In the Pickup Locations window, fill in the fields.
