How to: Set Up Vendor Certification Types

The vendor certification types that are used with vendors can be set up as codes. You can then assign certifications to vendors, so that you are able to review the certifications a particular vendor has obtained.

To set up a vendor certification type

1. In the Search box, enter Vendor Certification Types, and then choose the related link.
2. On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New.
3. Fill in a line with a code and description for each vendor certification type.
