How to set up and use SSCC-codes in NAV Food

A container can be set up to automatically generate an SSCC-code.
The SSCC-code is a standardized code that uniquely identifies a container. In order for NAV Food to support SSCC codes, a number of changes have been made:

GS1 code on Company Information Page On the Company Information page, a new field has been created "GS1 Company Prefix". This field has a length of 12 and must be at least 4 characters long.
The page already contains a field for the "GLN-code". The leading digits of the GLN-code must be the same as the GS1 code, otherwise the GLN-code field gets cleared upon entering a valid GS1 code. If the GS1 code is available, a new value for the GLN-code will be checked against it.
