Permission sets for BIS

(Cloud & OnPrem)

It is possible for users with no SUPER USER rights in Business Central and want to make use of BIS. The determination is based on which permission set is assigned to the role of the BC-USER.

The following permission sets are available.

• TI-COMMON After installing BIS this permission set is available, but not visible in the permission set list, only in the permission sets lookup list (from the user setup page). This will be automatically assigned to the users.

• TI-BIS-ESSENTIAL This permission set is required for changes on activities and to able to send trigger action to BIS to start a connection etc.

• TI-BIS-ADMIN This is required for overall configuration in BIS.

• TI-CONNECTIVITY To be able to make us of CONNECTIVITY studio, the user should have this permission set assigned.
