Using Job Queue you can set up batch jobs or codeunits to be run at a specific time frame and you can setup recurring jobs.

A Job Queue Entry is automatically registered for Connectivity Studio, EDI Studio, Notification Management and Replication Management when you enable the product in Product Registration. This helps in automatic processing without setting up Job Queue.
