Document Management

The STAEDEAN Document Management for Microsoft Dynamics BC manages archiving of BC documents such as orders, invoices and statements.

The solution can be used independently or in combination with STAEDEAN Notification Management solution. It can capture e-mail attachments from customer or suppliers. These key documents are stored in an electronic archive and linked automatically to the appropriate transactions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This helps faster access than paper files, hence saves money and time.
